There are some good resources out there... :

Fabchannel: They stream really cool concerts... bloc party, arcade fire, roisin murphy, ... They even broadcast concerts live ! Tuesday 22.00 the Stereophonics in Amsterdam.

Google video has some nice videos, you just need to find them.Try typing in the name of a band or song. You'll be amazed by the results. Example: the cool clip by soulwax - e-talking, or a fragment of top gear update You can even embed google videos everywhere you want. Check out paul stamatiou his tutorial.

Shoutcast TV is streaming video for winamp. There is a lot of absolute crap in the list, but if you look closer, you'll find something to look at.

A great beta app for watching video blogs is FireAnt (http://getfireant.com/), it's available for mac and pc. It works the same way as any RSS reader, but for video. Find lots of cool homemade pc tv shows on http://vlogdir.com/

A nice alternative for mac is DTV (http://dtvmac.com/) from the Participatory Culture Foundation. They also have a beta chanel guide for getting to know new vidblogs (https://channelguide.participatoryculture.org/?q=home)

DTV has a load of promise and is being developed for other platforms, but there's also the more commercially-aligned veoh[.com] which is currently more robust and is available for Mac/Win right now.
